It's an exceptionally comfortable and original hotel with street views, we had a really comfortable experience. Had central location in the area. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was incredible. No complaint, the venue met every demand.

A bit rude staff!

The rooms are nicely decorated and modern, have hypo-allergenic pillows. There are lots of supplies like: netflix and coffee. The location is ideal and comfortable, it's just off the city centre and shops and the pier and garden and modern bathroom. Also, St James Park is just a short stroll away from the venue.

Plenty of fruit juices, cereal, and eggs at breakfast. Quiet and decent location in Southampton, short walk to ferry or cruise ship, shops, pubs and basic restaurants and shops, pubs, cafes.

There were very clean beds and Netflix and coffee inside the room. It was with a bath. The location was peaceful for Southampton, near the cruise terminal of Southampton, local restaurants and pubs and local shops. Plus, I could reach St James Park at a medium distance from the hotel.

The most important - quiet and decent location in the garden. Also - close enough to shops, pubs and basic restaurants, the harbour area and Southampton hospitals. Plenty of food for breakfast including fruit juice, cereals, and eggs.

Well, it was a very pleasant stay that required flushing everytime during the night. The room was a nice size and airy with hot clean shower, had essentials required.

The hotel staff was kind of rude.
